Over time, the farm became a place where family, land, and a passion for coffee naturally came together. Our name is a tribute to Susan Girga, mother of Dawn, Robert, and David. Her memory lives in every corner of the farm, inspiring us to work with love, dedication, and respect for nature.
From this vision, Susan’s Coffee was born — the way we share our harvest with the world. More than a crop, it is an act of gratitude to the land: every harvest reflects the effort of our family and of the hands that join us on this journey.
