Our Farm

Susan’s Coffee grows in two distinct regions of Panama, each offering unique conditions that shape the character of our beans. In the peaceful mountains of Gatú, Veraguas, we cultivate our Arabica varieties, while in the fertile highlands of Paso Ancho, Chiriquí, we dedicate ourselves to producing our prized Geisha. These locations provide the perfect terroir, where climate, soil, and altitude come together in harmony to bring out the best in every harvest.

Our farms are managed with care and respect for the environment, ensuring that every step reflects our commitment to sustainability. Surrounded by natural landscapes, they embody the balance between tradition and innovation that defines our coffee.

We focus on quality at every stage, from cultivation to processing. Our coffees are carefully developed through Natural, Washed, and Honey methods, combining artisanal practices with precise controls to highlight the unique notes of each variety.

At altitudes between 700 and 900 masl and located at 8°30´54.62´´ N | 82°58´05.35´´ O, our farms in Gatú, Santa Fé, Veraguas offer the perfect environment for Arabica coffee to thrive. Here is where Susan’s Coffee found its place — and where our passion truly flourished.
